Snowmobiling

The Tug Hill Region of New York is well known for some of the best trails on the east coast.

With over 350 miles of snowmobile trails in Oswego County alone and trails to connect every adjoining county your options are limitless. Oswego County gets incredible amounts of snowfall each season, with averages exceeding 250 inches. Access to the snowmobile trail system is approximately 1400 yards away from Whiskey River Lodge allowing you to leave your trailer parked during your stay. Even if there are low snow conditions in Pulaski, consistent snow is only a 20-minute drive away, allowing you to stay close to town and enjoy the many amenities in Pulaski. Take your snowmobile up to Salmon River Falls to enjoy natures beautiful ice sculptures, take a trip to some remote areas you can only get to on a snowmobile, or take a ride to a local restaurant for dinner. While Whisky River Lodge is most notable for its incredible fishing, its snowmobiling opportunities rival its trophy fishing.

ATV & UTV

Oswego County has an extensive ATV and UTV trail system easily accessible from the lodge. The trails vary from miles of dirt roads, hardpack, sandy powerlines, railbeds and mud holes, there is something for everyone. Enjoy a ride to a local restaurant for lunch, or head down to Happy Valley Wildlife Management Unit where you can enjoy the scenery, wildlife and multiple lakes. The trails connect to the Tug Hill where you can easily ride over 100 miles in one day. No matter if you are a hardcore rider or looking for an easy Sunday drive you will find trails to make your day.
